I stupidly signed up for this deal, thinking I could record movies and watch them later. Well, yes they have 100's of channels as advertised but most of them are from different countries and either you can't understand them or they are just dumb movies. You have to sift one by one through each channel, there are pages and pages of them to try to find one that is decent and when you do the picture is not very clear even if you have a new computer. The sound isn't good either.
They promised $700. worth of free software which came with alot of free viruses... that I had to get rid of. The free software was something anyone could download themselves. It was all trial offers.
Then the thing that really got me to sign up was the free DVR recorder software, I thought I could record movies, burn them to a CD and then watch them later. No such luck. This software was good for 30 days only and then you had to buy it.
I sent them an e-mail every day for about 6-7 days demanding my free DVR recorder. They would send an e-mail back and talk about something, anything other than that recorder. Finally I told them that I was going to forward this to the manufacturer of the DVR recorder software and all of the other software that they were advertising on their site.
The next e-mail I got back, they credited my account for the full amount. Plus I still have access to the crappy movies.
So, don't ever give up when you get a scam, there is always light at the end of the tunnel...
