What a joke of a website! So they advertise delivery of Gold order within an hour and every server you click on shows an extremely high amount of gold available. So I place my order, get an email back with some instructions and the email again states I will have my gold in under an hour.

2 Days goes by, no gold. I contact the customer support and talk to "Christine" who apologizes for the order and says they are going to get it to me as soon as possible. I ask when that might be and she says she cannot say. So whatever, I'm a patient person.

ANOTHER 2 DAYS GO BY, NO GOLD! I contact the customer support again and again it's "Christine". She again says the same exact thing that they apologize and will get it for me soon but this time add's "or we will give you a refund." WHAT? Firstly you advertise delivery with an hour, secondly you say you have this stockpile of gold available, now you are saying you might need to give me a refund!?! And this is 4 Days AFTER the order was placed.

I am so upset with this site especially since I've used others which were way more professional and didn't lie to me.

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS

This company will gladly take your money and tell you all things are going great for your service. They then ban your ip address so you can no longer ask them about your order....and of course the order is never delivered... I lost 200$ to them
