Requested Custom Power Levelling service for World of Warcraft US from their website. Start level 71, end level 80, price came to $40.99 and 4 days. Left specific directions on when I request they start. Prior to that start they attempted to access my account, ignoring the initial start time placed on the order. Once I granted them access, it was nearly 24 hours before they attempted to do anything with the account. 72 hours into the process they had made 1 level, to 72 and were not online. After speaking to the live support, which was hit or miss when they were online, they continued to say they would hurry, but never continued to level my character. They failed to meet what I paid for and did not even bother to attempt.
