Agree for 30 day free trial - agreed for delivery of Wu-Yi source tea but nothing else. would like the debits from my credit card stopped and delivery of tea and whatever livelifelean is cancelled.

Please discontinue use of my credit card to purchase any products of this company. I have tried on several occasions to stop any further transactions of my account and have had no success. Please stop any further transaction from my account!

Success in canceling and theoretically receiving refund. Like others, I was being charged for a live life lean subscription at the rate of $19.95 per month. One of the other posts on this board gave the telephone number 1-800-273-7813 as a contact number. It worked and I have cancelled and theoretically been given a refund. But this is not easy. Insist on speaking to a supervisor. Be prepared to be on hold for at least fifteen minutes. Do not let the representative give you sales pitch, etc. Tell her you have checked on line and you are just one of many who has been defrauded. Remind her that you will report this to the attorney general's office and the FTC since they use phone and internet as fraudulent. Remind her that fraudulent use of a credit card is a crime. Do what you have to do and you will get the result. Now... let's hope I actually get that refund. Good Luck.

a charge of $19.95 showed up on my card 18 Sep 08. I did not make a purchase of any kind on that date.

I have also just found out this company ios taking $$$ from my checking...call this number...1-800-480-2265...they said that it will be stopped and also refunded...wont hold my breath but its worth a try
