They are withdrawing money out of my account every month. I never authorized this company to do so in that matter. I need them to stop this a rip off and the do not even offer a phone number to contact them. I wish that they will be put out of there business!

only ordered the tea. never ordered livelifelean. never visited their website and they charged my acct 2 months later which of course i'm not getting back. i dont know how they are able to do this unless some kind of scam.

I was charged a fee which I don’t even know what the 19.95 fee is for, I had purchased diet tea from the company because it was a free trial for a month, then I was sent like 4 boxes of tea two weeks later and was charged, however I returned the products and asked to be refunded the amt to my check acct, which they do that, now I was charged 19.95 when I told them I didn’t want their products anymore, do I have to tell them I want them to stop taking money from my account without notifying me. I did not receive an invoice or email that I was going to be charged for a member fee or for whatever reason. I think they are scamming people and needs to be investigated.

I signed up to receive a free trial of WuYi Source tea and was apparently signed up to a so called "Living Lean" club and was charged a membership fee of $19.95. When I first tried to cancel by visiting the website it looked as though it did not exist. I then called the WuYi Source customer service and they gave me the number for Living Lean customer service.

That number is: 1-866-396-5711.

I called and spoke with a representative that gave me a cancellation confirmation number. I thought I would give you all the number in hopes that you too can cancel your "membership".
