Unauthorized charges
I purchased one time Wi-U tea at least 6 months ago. I cancelled it and suddenly find a charge again being taken from my account for it.

Billing without authorization
I ordered Wu Yi Tea one year ago. My credit card bills go to my husband's office. I assumed that I was billed for the one time I ordered the tea. Eleven months later I came across the credit card bill and saw that I have been billed every month for eleven months, $19.95. I immediately called and was told that "as a courtesy we will refund you one month at $19.95." I asked what it is that they were billing me for. I was told that there was some kind of helpful website that I was subscribed to. I did not subscribe to this and never should have been billed a penny. Why is the attorney general not doing anything about this deceptive practice?

silent theivery after cancellation
So I got Wu Yi tea on the free trial and they told me I had to sign up with this other company for their 30 day free trial as well. I did cancelled before the first payment and they continued to charge my credit card anyways. I don't use this credit card very often and as I had called and cancelled wouldn't have dreamed that they would still be charging me. But 7 payments later they have still been charging my credit card for a service I had called and cancelled back in April and oh that's right had never used. LIVELIFELEAN is a scam and I would advise anyone ordering Wu Yi Tea to either not order (cuz it just causes a cloudy head not great weightloss) OR outright refuse LIVELIFE LEAN. When I contacted their customer service to get a refund for all of this time. They just gave me the runaround and only would refund 5 payments. They have to this date collected 7. This company is a big scam. If they were a good company they would have refunded all payments not just 5. At this time I will take their 5 and then I will have my credit card company dispute the other 2. They should not be allowed to be in business unless they send you something monthly telling you they are withdrawing money as well mabe sending you an email telling you what they offer might help. Instead they just sit there stealing your money until you notice that they haven't done the cancellation that they have promised over the phone they would do. And then they only refund you some payments not all. They are horrible silent theives. I hope their company get's caught by the BBB as they need a shakedown I would bet over 50% of their customers have no idea they are being charged because they thought they cancelled. Horrible just Horrible.

How do we get this stopped? Does anyone have any contact information of this company?

unauthorized charges
I did not order anything, I did not receive services and I would like the charges reversed on my card and discontinue any further charges.
