Unauthorized charges
I had tried their free trial wuyi tea did like it, discontinued the product and the are still taking money out of my account. The WuYi Tea weight loss is using their name and LiveLifeLean.net so it comes out of my account twice. now I have to cancel my account and open a new one.

Unauthorized billing
Just got my bank statement, found a $19.95 charge from livelifelean.net. I never ordered or received anything from them. Looked them up and found this site with all the complaints. Called my bank, they said to call livelifelean and demand my money back. I did, at first they were only going to give me 3 months refunded, and then I asked how many times they charged me. It was 7 times!! They only gave me back 5 months worth and said I would not be charged again. I will be watching my statement closely from now on.

unauthorized charges
CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR LAST FOUR MONTHS at $19.95 per month when account was C-A-N-C-E-L-L-E-D. Charges were not to be applied to my bank account after July 2008. These charges caused overdraft fees against my bank account and ruining my credit with my bank.
REFUND IMMEDIATELY and delete my name and account from your records.

charging credit card monthly
I cancelled my Wu-Yi Source Authentic Chinese Tea and stated I was no longer interested in purchasing the tea. I received a letter back from the Wu-Yi Source Support Team saying I had been removed from the auto ship program. Every month since canceling in March 2008 I have been charged on my Visa $19.95 from livelilfelean.net. After some investigation I have found the two companies are the same! I am contacting the Attorney General of Indiana and also my Visa acct. to no longer authorize payment! First time I have been scammed...it doesn't feel good.

KEEPS CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD
Hi,
this american company keeps debiting my credit card for 19.95 usd each month which works out at 14.74 a month.
I have tryed to cancel on several occasions it is ridiculous.

credit card charges
I have never used this site, nor do I want to. I do not check my credit card invoice often, and I am sure this has happened for over 6 months, this month I was charged 24.40.
I want to be re-imbursed all of the charges from this company.

BILLED MONTHLY $19.95 EVEN THOUGH I CANCELED THE PRODUCT AFTER FREE TRIAL
WAS BILLED EVNE THOUGH I CANCELLED THE FREE TRIAL. I MAIL AND PROVIDED THE UNUSED TEA WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME. RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION THAT THEY RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND EBERYTHING WAS CANCELLED. BILLED MY CREDIT CARD FOR 7 MONTHS EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT MAIL ANY TEA OR PRODUCT.

unauthorized charges on VISA card
Ever since I bought some WuYi tea, I have been charged 19.95 every month by this other company. (Live Life Lean). I had never heard of them or made any purchace or contract with them. I don't know why they are charging me. I think it is illegal. I will persue this further.

this is the 3rd request to make sure this 19.95 charge is taken and REFUNDED TO ME.i have NEVER AUTH THIS DEDUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT. IT HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE JUNE 30.2008 MY WU-YI TEA HAS BEEN CANCELED SINCE 06/17/2008.. PLEASE AUTH MY REFUND FOR 19.95 FOR THE LAST 5 MONTHS. PLEASE THIS IS NOT AN AUTH TRANS .
