STILL CHARGING WHEN I WAS CONFIRMED OF CANCELLATION OF MY ORDER.
they advetise that WUYI tea for trial free and agree to it.but when it arrived to me and read them, i didn't use it.then they deduct from my card the amount of $34.90 last 05/02/08.right away i called them for cancellation and accepted-confirmed cancellation.then again on the 05/19/08, IW/LIVING LEAN LAS VEGAS deducted from my card $19.95 and i also called them and cancelled and confirmed cancellation again.all the while i know that all were ok when again i received my statement of account that on the 08/18/08, www.LIVELIFELEAN.NET, deducted me again of $19.95.my credit card was been used .hope you could do something about it or else no one would be your customer.thank you and hope it will be resolve SOON!

I never purchashed anything from this agency. How did they get my bank account number. They charged me without authorization.

charges not auth
there is a charge on my bank statement from this company for 19.95. I dont know anything about this charge, if it has to do with wiyu tea that account was canceled in august of 2008. please remove this from my account and please dont charge anything else to my account . thank you ms.clark

unauthorized credit card charges
I sent a letter canceling the auto ship WuYiTea they stopped charging $54.95 but continued charging $19.95 in the name of IW Living Lean. This is an unauthorized charge to my account it started back in Januray 2008 I can't seem to get it resolved with the company.

Unauthorised charges to credit card
I received an order from this Wu-Yi Tea people & told them I did not want it & nothing more to do with ANY of their organizations. I informed them I would keep this large order as sending it back to the States would be too fussy to get reimbursed etc. They informed me to get in touch live life lean.net direct & tell them I wanted to "unsubscribe". This I did. However, apparently I got this woman, Sandra, in Las Vegas, Nevada, who runs her own fitness/health Company. She told me she had nothing to do worth either of these companies & she was getting constantly bombarded with e-mails from people all over the place who wanted to unsubscribe!
I've written to my Credit Card Company about this matter & I'm having to write to them again as further illicit charges have been made to my credit card!!

Charge on visa
I too order wi-yu tea and i have paid for all my tea I've notice for the last two months i've been charged 19.95 for something I ve never heard of! This is a rip off just like the tea was, i never gave permission for this company to charge my credit cards and i am pissed!!! This place needs to return my money asap! How do i get them to stop charging my card?

Charge to my credit card twice
Charge my credit card twice for, $19.95 plus exchange August 11 and July 10th. Not pleased with this. Have no idea how to get a hold of them. Tried many time to no avail.
