Unable to cancel, 800 phone does not work!

They have you order once and then hook you up to a fee of $19.95 which is "another company" you have to call. So, you waste you time calling the first company to stop the shipments and then continue to get charged from this other company which they did not tell you about previously.
They must know they are getting in trouble because they hung up on me when I told them I was recording this conversation to review with my attorney since all this had taken so much time and nasty customer service.
I guess we have Clinton's WTO to thank for all this abuse from outside countries, since none of the customers service help spoke much English.

Wu Ying Tea has an intro when you order a trial of their product, this signs you up of this program, without being aware that it is a separate service and if you cancel the trial you must call them separately. They make seems like living lean program is part of ordering the Tea. I cancelled the Tea after th trial with Wu Ying tea and it took 2 calls to have them stop the shipment. At the time, they never mentioned I also need to cancel this program living lean. In the initiate trial period of WuYing tea, they make seem like its part of the service and part of the automatic shipment of tea. I had to investigate the charges to figure out who this company was. I was able to recoup 2 months worth of charges after alot of calls and demands. They are fradulent in their presentation and take advantage of the consumer. This way of doing business needs to stop, they do this because they can get away with it. I will be doing more complaints at the better business bureau and learned my lesson to investigate the companies I do business in the internet. I will check from now on if they have this amount of compliants for fraudlent behavior.

I am still getting charges for $19.95 for livelifelean after canceling. Beware people!

There has been an unauthorized charge to my Visa, who and what are these people selling? Plz advise smb, others beware!
