On the evening of the 17th august 2007 I payed £41-76 for a lifetime membership to livewire. I was given a password but have not been able to log on, the message I keep getting is there is no record of me being a member. I also contacted their complaints department via e-mail they have yet to get back to me.

Very poor service!
