I had ordered products from Ciggarrest. I canceled, returned and recieved a refund from them. A week later I was charged $69 from another company Living Essentials, at the same address as Ciggarrest. The phone number on my banking statement was automated only. Since the information was obviously from ciggarrest I called them and asked for a number that I could talk to a person. They said they did not have a number for a person and only had a automated number. I talked to the person who answered the phone at ciggarrest and her supervisor. I asked for the person in charge of her and was told that he did not take phone calls. if it was two totally seperate companies it would be another issue but the fact that they have the same address listed I believe them to be connected. This $69 charge that was NOT authorized resulted in $55 in overdrafts.
