I order Wu Yi Tea on line for 14 days trial. I never heard about Living Lean until I got my bill from RBC Visa card. Living Lean charge me 1.25 US$ for no reason.

continual unauthorised monthly debits
This company continually takes $21.69 from my bank account even though I have cancelled and they have acknowledged the cancellation. I also receive nothing for the money,
I see a lot of similar complaints on the internet.
What can I do to stop them?

Unathorized charges
This comapany charged my credit card $19.95 for the month of April and My.
I have never allowed them to do this. I have no idea what this is for.

Unauthorized debit order
Wu-Yi Source advertise tea and a complimentary living lean program. My contract was with Wi-Yu Source and not living lean. I canceled my subscription too Wu-Yi Source but am debited by LIving Lean every month not with standing that I don't have a contract with Living lean. Wu-Yi Source passed my card details to Living Lean, which is a breach and now they are stealing my money under a false pretext.

This is the 2nd time I have tried to e-mail without response from you...WHATEVER THIS PRODUCT IS..I DID NOT ORDER AND AM NOT RECEIVING PRODUCT FROM YOU !!!

Unauthorized debit
I had ordered green tea product to trial, did receive and paid for, then my account has been debited $19.95 for the past 4 months that I did not authorize and no product or service has been provided for this debit. I have tried to call the number several times, get put on hold, then get lots of static on the line and have not been able to talk with a representative, I want this stopped.

Rip off
Unauthorized charges to my AAA charge for something never received. I'm going to call AAA because they stop this stuff. I tried to communicate with them but got no where. They played dumb!
