Didn't order anything
I have been charged twice on my credit card for something that I have never ordered I don't even know what living lean is about. I would like two credits on my credit card for 19.95 each how do I go about it?

unauthorized charges
this is outrageous!!! I love the tea but the added charges from a company i don't know or have ever heard of is just too much!! Finding a phone number to contact them is almost impossible too!! Then you sit on hold for ever and when someone does answer the phone they try to extend your membership!! I still don't even know what the membership is!! If anyone ever purchases the wuyi tea make sure they do NOT attach this to your charges!!! Very clearly tell them you want JUST the tea and nothing else.

Calling wrong number
Somehow people keep calling work phone number!!! This is a business number and not to Living Lean at all!!! Please stop using this number to contact them. 207-523-3298 Do not use this number at all (it is not to Living Lean).

Never ordered it
I have received charges for Living Lean at 19.95. Wuyi tea says that it was part of ordering tea. I never was aware of that or wouldn't order it. I cancelled the tea way before I received charges for Living Lean.
They promised to cancel. We'll see.

Withdrew funds w/o authorization
Never ordered or recieved product. This company is withdrawing money from my account. I want them to stop and I want a refund for all the money they have taken.

Monthly charge
I got dinged for $19.95, too, and called the company to find out what's up. Here's what I discovered.
This company actually has 2 programs to which the consumer is subscribing. The tea product, and then the Living Lean 'online motivational' program that costs $19.95/month.
The Living Lean subscription is buried in the terms & conditions when the consumer purchases the tea product (and who bothers to read those?) It's offered as a 30-day free trial, with $19.95 being automatically deducted from your credit card on the 31st day and each month thereafter.
To cancel the so-called motivational program, call 1-866-396-5711. Insist on getting a cancellation number, and remember to jot down the name of the person you talked with.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered a trial of Wu-Yi tea. I did not want it and canceled it. Then, I started seeing $19.95 charges from Living Lean which I never heard from. I found a number posted by someone else complaining about Living Lean and just called them and canceled it. The number is 866-396-5711. I told them I never ordered anything from them and supposedly it is in small print somewhere when you order this "free" tea which is just tea. I also never received anything from Living Lean. They said I did and it takes me to some website with whatever. This is a total rip-off. So, don't order this tea or you will be stuck with paying for monthly Tea along with Living Lean.
