I have to let you all know what the deal is with this company. I DID see the potential charge when I purchased WuYi tea. I figured I can use all the help I can get, so I signed up for the tea and the corollary service offered by Living Lean. The tea was tasty but didn't really help suppress my appetite. When I went on the Living Lean website, I thought it was a great idea - they had potential menus and calendars and were going to - supposedly - force me to pay attention to a weight loss program. BUT they wanted me to sit through a 45 minute computer orientation, followed by a similar lesson plan over the next several days. The effort that is needed to follow their program seemed excessive - I can get that kind of nagging from my husband for free. Well, of course, being the lazy jerk that I am, I decided to cancel. Be aware that the WuYi cancellation is supposed to be done via email, but you can call 866-449-5567 and use option 3 to get a human. I called Living Lean to cancel them separately at their customer service number - 866-396-5711. They are going to try and get you to stay with the program, so be firm and polite and you'll get a cancellation confirmation number. Advice: always, always read everything before hitting the SEND button.

I bought tea from Wu-yi Source - once. Then I noticed these charges for $19.95 on my bank statement from some company called Living Lean. I had never heard of them, so I googled them. I couldn't find their website (does it exist?), but I found this site and used the phone number some clever person had located to call them. Apparently, when you buy the Wu-yi tea, you are automatically signed up for this "bonus" (bogus?) program with Living Lean which purports to offer you "on line support." At least that is what I was told by the woman who answered the phone. Are you given any information about this when you order the tea? Not to my recollection. I asked to have my account canceled, effective immediately. I was told I would get a refund. However I had immediately notified my bank and my account number has been changed, so I doubt if I will actually get a refund since they no longer have my up to date account information.

The product is sold through a company called LIVING LEAN. The charges that are debited monthly show on your statement as Living lean.

In March I ordered a trial order for $6.95 of Wuyitea diet tea. This was supposedly just a sample to see if I liked it. Since I have returned orders that were shipped to me at $29.95, $34.90, $29.95, & $15.95. I received one (1) full month's supply, did not open it and returned it with "Return To Sender, Order canceled". I am continuing to be charged monthly fees anywhere from $15.95 to $34.90 from wuyitea and now a company called Living Lean is charging $15.95 a month for I have no idea what. I am receiving nothing from them. Bottom line: I order a sample diet tea for $6.95 in March and to date I am being charged continually by Wuyitea and Living Lean and they will not stop removing money from my account. I am on a fixed income and these charges are destroying my finances. I stumbled across this complaint board and am hoping to get these charges stopped ASAP and that they will not "scam or hurt anyone else". Be forewarned I am going to my bank to let them know what is going on and, please, do not order from these companies. If need be, I am going to contact the State's Attorney's office.

Unauthorized charges from account. I ordered the Chinese diet tea cancelled it within time limit and I am still being charged.
