UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE
I JUST RECEIVED A UNOTHERIZED CHARGE ON MY CARD ON THE 22ND. OF APRIL FROM A COMPANY LIVING LEAN.
NEVER HEARD OF THEM.

Unauthorized charges to account
I ordered the Wu-Yi tea and when I cancelled my order the same day I saw an unauthorized charge on my account from Living Lean. I have never heard from them and never authorized payment. I googled them to see who they were and this site was the firest one I came across. I am glad to know that I am not the only one that has been scammed by this but I am furious at this scam.
Now I have to try and get my money back and ensure that this does not keep being charged.

Unauthorized Charge on Debit Card
I have received an unauthorized charge in the amount of $19.95 on my debit card on 04/19/2008 from Living Lean. The original source I belive was Supreme Brands Green Tea website. I have filed a fraud complaint and am notifying the news media so that they are aware. Something needs to be done~

Unauthorized withdrawal from checking account
I ordered Wu-yi Tea and cancelled my order before trial time had elapsed. I am not getting tea or anything else for my 19.95 a month charge to my Visa card. This is totally unauthorized.

Charges
Ok I finally got a number for Living Lean 866-396-5711 They are connected with that tea crap and they just sign you up for it. If you cancel your tea supply, they won't cancel living lean, and you will keep getting charged for it. You have to call on your own to cancel and get a refund.

Fraud and scam!
I went home to visit my parents but while on vacation I decided to check my bank account and I noticed a $19.95 charge to my bank account from a Living Lean Las Vegas NV. I too had no clue who this company was. Which is how I found this complaintsboard.com forum because I had to google the company and when I googled it I saw all of the negative reviews. It is pretty sad to see so many other going through the same thing with this same company. I realized from this forum that it was associated or maybe even is Wu yi source. I only say that because I am still not too sure about this whole thing.
I ordered the trial and canceled it before the trial was up and sent them there product back this may have been in about Feb 2008 and now this living lean has charged me for what ever they are charging me for. I want my money back. This was a big inconvenience for me having that money taking out especially while traveling . I am however extremely happy that there is a place like this for us to voice our disgrace with this company. I only hope that this will help others who are considering using this company. I am back home now and I will be contacting my bank on tomorrow to see if I can put a stop to them ever taking anything else out of my account.

Unaware of membership & automatic withdrawal!
When ordering diet tea from WiYuSource you are also signed up for Living Lean... an online support site at the fee of $19.95. If you cancel the tea, it does not cancel Living Lean... and you probably did not even know you had signed up for it. Getting back your money is close to impossible because of the fine print on the website that says you agree to sign up for Living Lean when you order tea from this particular website. HOWEVER you can cancel your membership by calling 1866-396-5711
They will stop the charges and give you a confirmation number. You are only required to verify your name and address. You do not need to give any financial information. Do not get me wrong. This is definitely a scam and it made me angry, too. But the FIRST thing you need to do is cancel your membership immediately. THEN try to work with your bank to get your money back.

Unauthorized money out of my account!
I signed up for wu-yi they signed me up with living lean. living lean took $19.99 out of my account and It was not authorized. I new nothing about living lean until I checked my account.
