Billed months after cancelled order.
I cancelled my order for this project back in July. I am still being billed for it. Reverse the charge and lose my information.

Unauthorized charges to account
Unauthorized charges made to my banking account in the amount of $19.95! Ordered Wu-Yi tea at a ONE TIME charge and charges began to appear on my banking account for the past 4 months from LIVING LIFE LEAN??? Some website I had no idea existed!

Unauthorized charges from bank account
Unauthorized monthly charge of $19.95 - called 800-273-7813 - spoke to an agent who could not find me in their system but they had my credit card # - so I asked to speak to a supervisor to find out what was going on. After 25 minutes on the line with the supervisor - going back and forth - I asked them to provide me with proof that I authorized this charge- they could not - she said that they send out monthly emails - I never received an email - I asked her to forward it to me - she could not.
This banter went on for 25 minutes - I finally mentioned the complaintsboard website and that I was serious about this unauthorized charge she went ahead an issued a product refund confirmation. In less than 5 minutes I received the refund confirmation notice on my email.
