Well, I can see from teh reviews that business has gotten very bad in my year of abscence, or I was very lucky. I still get mail from these folks advertising products, but then again I have always done business with them C.O.D.

I have had some bad experience but in the long run I had good product delered on time except for a laptop unit that was ordered.

based on what I see here and the fact that the normal published numbers have been placed out of service I do not recommend anyone do business with this company.

I agree totally that they have a Customer relations problem in that the receptionist is very rude. When they first started you got directly to the techs. Their problems began when they added the receptionist.

Buyer beware.
