The company Llumina press has neglected paying our -Royalty- as the author. and I actually broke the contract due to their unprofessional services and its behaviours but then afterwards, they are still not responding for the duty of paying the royalty.

Now, I am even very suspicious about how they honestly paid me about my royalty in the passed years since 2005. if you can investigate about how their business were from the time I had contract with them, that will be very appreciatable.

We've played the "she said, she said game with each other and their local Better Business Bureau, leading to no resolution. They are holding me, my money, and my book as hostage, by not publishing the book as agreed or returning the upfront payments for work not completed.

Llumina still wants me to approve publishing a book that is formatted in a manner that I did not want from the beginning. Several other Print on Demand Publishers have agreed to take over the project to complete it the way I want it published and distributed. Reviewing books in stores has shown that Im asking for processing that has been done in the past by other publishers.

They finally admitted that the formatting could not be done the way we all originally and continually agreed to. I kept suggesting other ways of formatting my self-help book for seniors, in order to get it to the agreed upon format. I gave up and told Llumina to format it the way they know to be best. That caused more wasted back and forth with them telling me to approve it their suggested error filled way, before I actually see it.

Cassandra Skevis continues to say she will do whatever I want, and then manipulates the situation so it's my reactions that won't let it happen.

I can present an accounting and a copy of the verbose Better Business Bureau communications, and whatever correspondence is necessary to move this along.
