Dear sir,
With reference to the above mentioned subject
I have purchased a scooter no DL 7 CB 4793 on 6/8/2010, showroom staff told me to collect the RC and Insurance papers after 45 days. I have received the RC but after 3-4 visit and the insurance policy papers not given by the showroom till today. I have 10-15 times called on phone no: 011-25330370 and mob. no 9718312464 every time I have not received satisfactory response. I have visited the showroom 5-6 times personally every time the statement of the staff is " we have not received the document by the company, there are lots of complaints of this insurance company, you come after 2-3 days, madam on leave please come after 2 days."
After this types of response I have warned the showroom’s staff that I will lodge a complaint against you they told me that we will see it.
Hence I am not satisfy this by showroom’s services and behavior of the staff.
I am working in gurgaon so I could not visit the showroom daily.
You are requested to kindly help me to solve this problem and take the necessary action please.
