I, too, was scammed by a Joseph Scouza from Loan Doctors of America who has relocated from Florida probably to run away from stealing monies there. I believed that he was going to help me modify my mortage loan payment. He sweet-talked me into believing that it wouldn't take more than 90 days to finalize the loan modification. After doing business with his brother, I went along with it and gave him a check for over two thousand dollars. He is the biggest scam artists. He actually sent in paperwork that the bank requested late and I was denied. He knows all the "ins-and-outs" on how to keep your money. I was exhausted from chasing him with phone calls, texts with no responses. It was a tragedy. He should be put in jail.

This company is scanning people who are in deperate need of a Loan Modification. Back in Oct 2008 I paid this company 3 checks. One for $600., $550. and $550. The first check for $600. was cashed by S & M Loan Modification Services Inc. Since then I heard nothing about the status about my modifaction being processed. I wind up putting a stop payment on the last two checks. This company has no use to assisting anyone from losing there home. All they do is take your money hold it for 3 month then run and change there business name over to another company. If you ever run into a man by the name of Micheal Mondry or Joesph Souza. Please do not ever work with them.
