I hire this law firm to handle my loan modification with Bank of America and nothing was ever done. I paid in full $2, 000 for legal assistance and was never told that my loan modification was denied and I'm still losing my home. This process began in July of last year.

This firm is run by an Attorney who was licensed in 2005, 11/29/2005, " a license to steal" and thinks a rip off scheme will carry through, and perhaps it will. Rip off now, take peoples money who are desparate, "take all you can squeeze" Our Government Entitys don't care i.e. California State BAR, who licenses the Attorny's, The State Law states since Oct, 2009. NO ONE INCLUDING ATTORNEYS/LAWYERS can collect fees up-front. This Firm promises you the world for loan Modifications and delivers nothing but a sick stomach wondering why you gave him your money, that could have fed you while going through trying times, maybe a deposit on something like rent because he doesn't preserve your home, i.e. stop Foreclosure with ur current lender.

CALL YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT, REPORT THIS CRIME, IT WAS TO HAVE STOPPED IN OCTOBER 2009, AND ONCE AGAIN 2 WEEKS AGO. Comapany was hired to Modify my laon and did nothing at all I had another person do the work, that referred me to them as asked for Nothing in return from me but asked Calstar to pay me back and they said no. When third Party Authoriation was sent to bank Yvette asked to have her name listed. This was for my protection and so she could check herself on the status. Calstar put third Party Auithorization in and stopped after this .Because companies have to be named with all people who will represent the borrower he said the company is doing work. If yvette did not step in I would have lost my house. The bank logs can prove this with the names of the person calling in and the dates too. I cant have these to prove that no one else except Yvette to work on file unless I have a court order. So he has justified that Calstar is working on my file. And refuses to pay Yvette has expressed that he has done this to several people she referred and was in the office on day to check on the referrals and relized she sent people to a company that is riping people off she is working on all file with no pay. Just to make it right. she has called with me on converance to banks and Calstar to request Calstar to pay all people she refferred. She even got file escalted to the OOP with the banks all for free... she should get paid but not him...she also told us as of October 11th no one can modify a loan with up-front fee and it is illegal when I offered her to pay.Please Help
