they told me they are going to give me a loan modification 90 days already past 8 months and no answer.they charge me $1.995.00

Legal Loan Bailout scammed me also. I paid them 4000.00 to do my loan modification and they led me on for several months and nothing got done. I finally called my mortgage company and did the loan mod myself. I tried to get a refund which they promised and its been another month and I still have not got my money back. I reported them to BBB and still nothing yet. Like you, I will have to take them to small claims court as well if they don't refund my money which was clearly stated in the contract. DO NOT USE LEGAL LOAN BAILOUT THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

emailed sent on 9/23/09 and still no answer. sent a letter to the email on line sna forwardered a copy to Stephani Gunnel (ULG) and still no answer. I'm so afraid and not sure what to do now...

I’m writing you this email as we have just been through several days of loss at our home due to the rain and floods in Georgia.

On Monday 9/21, I was on my way to work and was caught in a flood in my minivan and now my van is totaled and then Monday evening, our home was flooded and our property was also flooded due to the extreme heavy rains and the Yellow River Dam breaking.

We have had to use all monies that we had saved for the house (mortgage restructure) to survive this disaster at this time. Should you need information regarding claims filed (car, home, flood insurance) our Insurance Company is State Farm and our agent is Mack Neal (770-949-4800.)

This year (2009) has been the most stressful and year of events that can take hold of someone’s nerves.

I too was ripped off by this company, they start off great then in a flash no correspondence no phone calls. I am truly devastated by the actions to just take peoples money and tell them not to make any payments is incomprehensable. I have a cousin that is a corporate attorney to whom I will be contactin as well as the Florida Attorney General. Hopefully with Gods blessings I will get some satisfaction.

My husband and I entered into a contract with Alliance Law Center to secure a loan modification for our home. We paid $4, 475 to get a first and 2nd mortgage modification. It has been approximately one year and Alliance has not lived up to their promise. The contact phone number for Alliance is out of service. We would like a return of our money, if possible.
