	ive been scammed September 25, 2009 loan modification i turned to the loan modification team to get help with my home . they told me to stop paying my house payments and the modification will go thhrough. i did what they asked and the modification did not go through and now i may be about to lose my home. they also told me if it did not go througt the payment was refundable but when i called after it did not go through they told me i could not get a refund
	JT2 August 11, 2009 Scam I was scammed by this company out of $1000. I was told that they have negotiators that have direct relationships with mortgage companies. They claim that they will negotiate on your behalf to modify mortgage payments. That was a lie. They send you a form to fill out with your financial information. All they did was have a processor forward this information. They don't have any negotiators. They are just high priced paper brokers. They don't have any type of relationships with mortgage lenders. They don't do anything that you cannot do your self. If you are interested in a loan modification, contact your mortgage company yourself for free.
	crcloonan May 19, 2009 Harrassing Phone Calls Continuous calls from 1818870922 and 14029820598 that are robocalls and prerecorded messages and will not heed to requests to remove number from their lists - call at odd times day and night and there is no way to reach a person when you try to call back.
