My checking account was hit by this "company" for 345.00, I have no idea who they are!!! in an email sent to me they state that I had a Loan in March of 09, , thing is i never even had a bank account, credit card or debit card back then, i followed up with the ripoffreport.com and the State of California where i found that these people had a cease and desist order, they go by many other names so people BEWARE!!! I am enclosing a cop of an email they sent don't fall for this, they are complete THIEFS!!

A Miss Williams has left several Messages on my phone wanting the whole $260.00 when I refused I told her I would give her the balance that they did not take out. She called and left messages every day. When the kids started to hear her messages about me owing money and how they were going to take further action I called her back and asked her not to call my home phone again and gave her an alternate number. I also told her I would pay the balance on a certain date after much argument she agreed and wanted the money wired or my acct # They do not accept anything else. She also explained they are legal taking the extension every two weeks that is in their contract. Did anyone see that in their contract because that is not what the man told me on the phone and I know I didn't read the whole contract because it was too long and small a print but I did not see anything that they could take 60.00 for as long as they want. What he said was it would be taken out in two weeks. If you need an extension you have to give 3 days notice before the due date and an extension can be given. But asking them not to call the home phone was a joke everyday a new message from Miss Williams. I called again told her I was going out of town for 4 days and again asked her not to call this number and gave her the number again to call if she felt the need to reach me and when I got home the kids told me I had 5 messages from Miss Williams and one from a man confirming arrangements for me to pay on a certain date and what would happen if I broke the arrangement. She was upsetting my kids with these messages because they felt their mother was in big trouble. She always called during the day when she figured everyone would be gone so the messages could be left and my kids got home first and of course listedne to the messages and there she was. I finally sent the money to get her to stop calling. I had to give her my acct# because that was the only way to pay them but every day I will call until the money is taken out then put on a hold to make sure no money to be taken out after that or close this account what ever I have to do. I understand that I borrowed the money and it should have been paid back and it could have been resolved when I 1st notified the company that they were taking 60.00 out of my account every two weeks instead of taking 260.oo in two weeks like agreed that was when the nice gentleman told me I still owed them the whole 260.00 and the 60.00 were extensions and they would of continued to take the 60.00 out until I notified them to take the 260.00 out. I think that is what this company counted on was that no one checks their statements too often so they can get away with as much money as possible.

I HAD A PAYDAY LOAN I DID NOT KNOW THAT I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR SOME ID THFT PROTECTION PLAN, I WOULD HAVE NEVER GOTTON THAT AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM MARCH TO NOW SO YOU TAKE 31.00 AND A 6.00 FEE FROM MARCH UNTILL NOW MY BANK AND I ARE WORKING ON TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW YOU GOT MY ACCOUNT NUMBER SO I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
