This company assures you that you will get a loan, takes your money, and then proceeds to recommend a lender that needs a guarantor, they know from the get go I could not provide one I expressly advised them of this, when you complain they proceed to recommend you to doorstep lenders failing to meet the purpose of the loan, then they lie again and say you can apply to the lender with a guarantor with out bricks and mortar, but they knowing press on fully well aware the lender will decline as the guarantor is not a home owner, then they turn round and say they cant help you and hold your money they took ransom for 6 Months and suddenly get very rude!

the cheek of them they even ask to donate to charity on their behalf - they talking allot of Self employed people for a ride when peoples financial situation is critical, and time sensitive. presumably they sit on the money for 6mnths falsely boosting their accounts and credit score so they look like a liquid company when in fact its just a pack of lies and deciet from the ground to the ceiling
