ilegaly taking money from peoples accounts
Loan finder works by collecting personal information with a view to assisting you to find the best loan or credit card etc, as you progress through the site it confirms there will be No charges for this but in small print after you have entered your personal account information is states that a charge will be applied for there service, even when you cancel your progress through there site, without agreeing to anything they retain your information and charge you regardless, then they share information with there umberella/sister conpanies and charge you again for the finding a good credit card deal which you never asked for.
Charges come out of your and your powerless to stop it, to appeal you have to get the bank on your side and send multiple letters disputing the legality, they never give money back and they should be named and shamed invetigated by the Police and through watchdog.
The names they use are :
Loanfinder.
Post Net Bounmouth,
CGS credit card service.
Payment Guard
Any link to Loanfinders spin off accounts are the same.
BE Warned., they prey on people already having dificulty with money

taking money from my account when i never subscribed
I applied for a payday loan which asked for my bank details so they can pay the funds in and then withdraw the money when due, but when i clicked submit it redirected me to loanfinder uk saying they might be able to help.
I then click the close button as i have no interest in taking a large loan, when i looked at my bank account today i noticed they have taken £29.78 from my account.
I have never once receiced any phone calls or emails from them as i did not give them my information somehow they have manged to obtain my info from a payday site and take money from my account.
Stay away from these guys they are scam artists.

Unauthorised withdrawal of funds
I enquired about a loan a short while ago but DID NOT TAKE UP THE OFFER.
However this company has taken £37 and some change from my bank account. (By the way, it says on their advert that a quote is FREE, so that can't be used as an excuse.)
I did inform my bank (Smile Bank)and am waiting to hear from them, but I am very upset. I am a pensioner on basic pension and can't afford to have that money outstanding.
I now see that this has been a scam on the part of the Loan Finder company.

Fraudulent setting up of Loan
A loan was fraudulently obtained using my details (incorrect name and address were also on this application). Loanfinder took a charge out of my account a) without advising me and b) actually obtaining a loan that I never requested.
This is disgusting behaviour. I have phoned them and they have advised me that they will cancel the loan which as far as my bank knows has never been paid in to my account) They tell me to write to themn to obtain teh £50 charge back, but I suspect that after all teh complaints that I have read- I will never see this money again.
I have spoken to my bank about this but am scared that Loanfinder will continue to attempt to take money from my account without me knowing about it. I am already overdrawn because of this and am scared that debt collectors will now come looking for me.
My statements shows that another direct debit has been set up from Postnet Ltd - read all about their company here - not good reading !!! http://www.bview.co.uk/listing/0165220/Post-Net-Ltd-in-BH2

loanfinder uk has now taken over £500 off me the most resent was for £137 then on the same day £67.87!! i am livid what an absloute cheek, most people applying for loans are in some sort of debt hence applying for a loan!! i have tryed phoning and complaining but they still take the unlimited amounts of money out of my account!! what on earth do they need all this money for? i am a struggling single parent with 3 children i only work part-time and wanted a small loan to pay off outstanding debts!! what a joke! well the jokes on me for ever thinking something could be easy, for thinking there was actually someone willing to help!!!
