YIKES, watch out for this one! According to numerous complaints, consumers apply for a payday loan from loans in 60 seconds, and then have money TAKEN from their accounts instead of deposited!
Consumers are confused to see an entity called "uclip usave" debiting their accounts without authorization. Well, the reason they can do this is because THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY AS LOANS IN 60 SECONDS.
What to do if you have applied for a payday loan through this company
Go to ur bank immediately! Let them know ur account number has been compromised by this company. Let them know they appear as a payday loan service, but instead of putting money into ur account, they have proceeded to debit ur account under alias business names.

THIS is the bbb report on this company. It is only to harvest ur bank account numbers. They lie and say that uve agreed to sign up for this- tell the bank u did NOT authorize this. if you had money to throw away on something like this U WOULDNT BE APPLYING FOR A PAYDAY LOAN, DUH.
Tell ur bank u are demanding they assist in getting ur stolen money back. let them know if they refuse that u will have to report the bank to ur states bank commissioner(look who that is up before going to ur bank. u can find who it is by googling bank commisioner, follwed by your state. they control the banks and make sure they are in control)
Tell ur bank according to the ftc, when a company fails to disclose charges to u UP FRONT BEFORE u submit ur info, it is in violation of consumer protection LAWS. Anyone who is debiting ur account this way is breaking the law, and demand that ur bank not honor someone who breaks the law.
This is bank fraud, which is a crime- turn this crime in to the ftc- ftc.gov, the attorney general, and the fbi- ic3.gov
