this company is the the typical scam artist of the loan modification process. They take the money up front from $1250 to $5, 000 and promiss your loan to get modified under the government plans or other plans with a min. interest rate of 3.5%. They also promiss to some that they can fight the banks with their attorney's and get a principal reduction. What they don't tell you is that you are lucky if you even get them to send an application and if they do they never follow up and purposely get you denied by the banks. Therefore, keeping all your money and in my case now they have jumped ship! They are no longer located at the Peoria, AZ location and gave me no notification of new location if any! After i realized they were a scam i asked for my money back and thier response was we can't do that, but for extra money we can fight the bank with our attorneys and go for a principal reduction. I stated to them that i wanted to speak with their attorney and was put on hold and told he will give me a call back. 2 weeks later no call back and after showing up at location relized they had moved! So now i am out $2500 and on the verge of losing my house all together. The owner's name is Walter and when i find out more information on him i'll be sure to post it!
