I went through all my savings and spent a lot of money on 10 snack/soda machines and locations to help build a future to provide for my family. I quit my job at GoodYear and jumped into this as a full time job after talking to 800-vending and Jay Baird and Barry James. Jay said he had the hottest locations in my area. Jay sent me a bum he called a locator. This "locator" gave me a list of 10 locations but when I put my machines in only 6 of them actually wanted it. Jay promised he would replace the locations but never did. The locations all did terrible - making only $20-$50 a month! The locator convinced me that the pet grooming salon and one man warehouses he got me were great. They where actually the worst - the Pet Grooming salon only made $5 the first month.
Barry, Jay's partner, kept putting me off as far as replacement locations goes. It's been 7 months and I'm losing my house and don't know what to do! :( Jay hangs up on me and Barry avoids my calls. Barry finally called me and told me I voided my warranty and that's why he wouldn't help me. He said since I followed the locators instructions and accepted the "list" I had voided my warranty by not meeting the decision makers before I paid the locator. I can't believe this crap! I just want 10 locations that make only half as much as Jay and 800-vending promised.
I called 800-vending and they referred to a disclosure document I signed and initialed that said they "had nothing to do with the locating company." Even though they recommended Advance Placement exclusively before I bought!!! Part of the reason I bought was bought was based on the fact that Jay said he researched my area and had 10 high-traffic locations ready and waiting. There where never 10 great locations waiting on my machine - there weren't even 10 bad locations waiting on a machine! The locator just knocked on doors and picked the smallest, crappiest businesses to put the machines in.
Please, if you have had a bad experience like me - post it! Advance Placement and 800-vending have my money and all I have is $200 a month coming in from a 30k investment. I lose my house next week and I don't know what to do.
