Stay Away!!

I went for two treatments and had decent experiences. However, I did notice that they had a high nurse turnover rate, and I've had a different nurse each time. The third treatment was HORRIBLE. The nurse was rushing, only did half of an area, and when I complained, she said, "If you walk out they'll still charge you." Which they will. They are refusing to refund any of my money for the package I have already purchased, which I plan to go to small claims court if necessary to recover it. I've tried other places in town (last was with Baylor Dermatology which did a nice job) and I would really recommend going some place else. Don't let the lady at the front desk talk you into anything you don't want or need. Be safe and smart out there!
