Bad service
I was very frustrated dealing with these people. I purchased a modem from them (good price, fair shipping) and got my product in a timely manner and everything was fine. Then, about a week later, they inexplicably charges me for ANOTHER modem (the same item, only a week later) which I did NOT order. If that wasn't bad enough, they DOUBLE-CHARGED me for the modem that I didn't order! So now I have two modems that I didn't order, already charged to my card, being sent to me. I was able to cancel one of the orders in time, but the second one was sent to me. I refused order after notifying them that I didn't want it, and that it was their error that the order was placed anyway. I sent numerous emails to tell them that I had refused the order because i didn't order it. So, a month goes by, and I do not get ANYTHING. I send numerous emails to them, and each time they seem (by the demeanor of their emails) quite inadequate to deal with this very simple matter. Then, about a month and a half has gone by when I FINALLY get a refund -- for the price of the modem, but NOT for the price of shipping. So, ladies and gentlemen, I purchased the first modem from these guys because it was cheap, only to get DOUBLECHARGED for two modems that I DIDN'T BUY, and ended up losing $12.00 on shipping anyway. So they got me for $12 extra on that one cheap modem I DID buy. In the end, I could have gone to my local store and purchased a modem for the same amount (Logical Source's original price plus the shipping I had to pay for something I didn't order), so did I really save anything at all? To top it off, dealing with these guys was frustrating. They didn't seem to know what the heck was going on or anything. All in all, I don't recommend these guys. They don't seem to have their stuff together.
