I am getting all sorts of threats from the Lombardo Davis & Goldman Firm. I live in Pa and I did take out a payday loan in April and than I got another deposit to my account from "the DJR Group"- of $250. There was a phone number on my bank statement and I called it and was routed to a female answering DJR Group. I asked her who they were and why they put money in my account. She told me that when I filled out an app for the payday loan it is allowing any lender to deposit money with notice. So I proceeded to tell her that I never talked to anyone from DJR nor did I ever hear of them. She told me that a voicemail was left on my phone and an email was sent to me. I never got a voicemail (but I'm not the only person in this house) and my wife said she didn't get it and the woman told me to go check my spam mail. Anyhow I never did find either of those and I told her I didn't want it and she said to bad you were notified and you now have a loan. Bull crap!!! I changed my checking account few weeks later becaluse I lost mycheck book and called the pay day peopleand asked for an address so i could send a money order and they said NO you have to give use your CC info or bank info because we only accept electronic payment. Now these but heads are faxing my employer and asking them for personal info.
