I have cancelled my phone service over 3 months ago. However, I just received bill from these clowns for over $80. When I cancelled the service few months ago, I switched to another service. There was no more activity on my account with these people. I have received multiple harrasing phone calls frp the sales staff trying to keep me as a customer and to sell me their pre paid card service. I refused every time and told to stop calling. Finally I got sick of their calls and I called them and talked to a human who promised to stop the harassing phone calls. Well, the harassing phone calls stoped but NetOne was still charging my CC account. SO I cancelled the auto payment through my CC company. I called NetOne again and was put on hold for about 25 minutes, then I was sent to voice mail. I left a message with the details of my complaints. I have not heard from them for over 2 months now, until today. Long and behold they send me a bill for current monthly plan charge plus previous balance that I don't owe plus a late payment fee. Avoid these people like the plague. it is a scam operation and they try pressure you to keep their service no matter what. They are liars and bad business people. I will file my complaint now with the FCC and see how far I can take this. One thing for sure, they will not get apenny from me.
