dry food
if i wanted to buy dehydrated food id go buy it at a dehydrated store the fish was so dry and overcooked noone ate we spent 36.00 on a family meal waited 30 min on are order i figured it was going to be good with as long as the wait was i think i deserve a refund but i didnt want to go back and complain to them i wanted someone who would here me out the food was so dry it was flat

Rude Manger
I visited the store on Feb 3rd at 3:24 p.m.And this location is also a Taco bell.So i order off the Taco bell side then i tried to order a L-7 which is two fish and 8 shrimp meal.But i dont like fish so i always get chicken instead.So i was just there the other day and i always order the same thing.So the cashier said i couldnt get that and i told her i always order!So i ask to speak with the manger and he came and he was so rude!!He was like yeah and he didnt even come over to where i was standing.He peek around he the corner from where he was.When the cashier ask if she could do it he just said no!And walk off with a nasty look on his face i tried to explain him that i came by early that week and got the same thing already!He just walk off like i wasnt shit!I will never go to that store again.I had to drive to Stone mountain to get my food for that Long John Silver.And this is real close to my house he shouldnt be a manger if he do not wont to be bother with customers!

hours and attitude
12/07/09 went to drive thru window at 10:48 am then by my cell phone 11:00 am. the sign states hours are 10:30 am . the manager came to window and said it would be 3 more minutes before they were open. I said the sign says 10:30 am. He said the hours had changed . I asked why the sign hadn't been changed. His answer was 'then sue me.'
I said my clock said 11:03 am, he said no it doesn't, my cell phone says 3 more minutes. I even showed him my cell phone time and he said its wrong-wait 3 more minutes. I even asked him if the consumer was always wrong. He said yes. Was it the color of my skin? Was I the wrong sex? What happened to posting correct open and close signs? What happened to customer service? I won't go back. I will make sure all my neighbors and family know of this incident.

ripped off
i went to long john silver, i live in tomah wi, i ordered 2 chicken flanks and fries was charged 5.03 got all the way home and had only 2 chicken flanks. i was so upset, i not only have to wait 15 minutes but drove all the way home and did not have all my order.it was ticket #45. my name is sandra shreve, 1316 kilbourn apt 202, tomah, wi. 54660.

ILLigal Work(Cash no Checks to save money)
In this work place employee gets half cash money instead of full check just because employer don't has to pay tax to government, employee is not paying tax which is illege to work in united states, violation of rules. if employment agency see this commplain do take some action.

Greasy food!
Federal and 38th Long John Silvers Restaurant Denver, Colorado is dirty. The people there were very nice and it is not their fault that they have to work in a dirty Restaurant. The food was awful the fish was crispy and fries were crispy to. Very greasy food! Like ordering a plate of grease! Came home got a stomach ache from it. The sivlerware was plastic and so thin it broke when you cut into your food which was hard and crispy. So we ate with out fingers which were really greasy. Grease Grease Grease! yuk! Will never go there again!

Bug in food
Yesterday (8-13-2007) afternoon, I went to a Long John Silver restaurant and ordered a side of clams with my meal. I found a dead uncooked cricket at the bottom of the box of clams. I took it back to the restaurant and talked to the manager. The manager had the nerve and gall to try to offer me more food, to replace the bad food I had gotten. I'm sorry, but you don't fix a "bug-in-food" complaint by offering more bug tainted food. I demanded a refund and immediately turned them in to the county health dept. I will never do business with a Long John Silver restaurant again.
