employees
me and my sister went into the restraunt to have a sit down dinner.when we went in there was a cashier that was so rude and was not even in a uniform that was of the companys.she would start to take a order then start talking to someone else. she was so loud and so unprofession that it was not even a good inviroment. we almost went somewhere else to eat.whever she was not a person that anyone would want to work in ther resturant. one of the employees mother came in and went in behind the counter and helped herself
and got her a soda and went back and sent in the lobby, then the mother went back up to the counter and they gave her a free dinner. i think someone should check in on the person that was working the cash register because she was not a empoyee or was not in a uniform .she keep on saying you have got to get someone up here because i have go to go to work.

NO LJS IN MY TOWN
YOU CLOSED LJS IN NORFOLK NE. IT WAS THE ONLY FISH CAFE IN THIS LARGE TOWN. IT HAD A GOOD FOLLOWING, DON'T KNOW THE PROBLEM, BUT THIS TOWN NEEDS A FISH RESTAURANT, SUCH AS LJS'S OR RED LOBSTER OR WHOMEVER. I SEE BY SOME LOCATIONS LJS IS IN SMALLER TOWNS THAN NORFOLK. this town is loaded with restaurants, but NO fish restaurants, right now i have to drive 50 miles to COLUMBUS NE if i want my fish. I'd sure like to be a satisfied customer. HELP--HELP--HELP--

incompleat orders
three different times in a three month period i get the same thing. two fish and more, one extra piece of fish, one corn...every time they forget something on the order...extra fish, or coleslaw, or the corn... it's always something that they forget...i bet if they were shorted on their check they be certain complain.

Wrong order
I went to the Long John Silvers at 71st and Memorial in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I ordered the family meal with 6 fish/2 chicken. What I got once I got home and checked the order - 2 fish/6 chicken. The kids were upset and I was frustrated. I did not go back to the restaurant since I had worked all day and the kids were cranky. NEVER take for granted the order is correct from this restaurant or any place for that matter.

Rude service and terrible food
the food was half cooked/and tasteless. And the store help was VERY rude when we placed our order and ask for extra tater sauce. Should not be that big of a deal. They acted like they had to make that.

DISHONEST EMPLOYEES
MY DAUGHTERS PURSE WAS LEFT ON THE FRONT COUNTER AND A EMPLOYEE TOOK HER PURSE, NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENDED TO THE PURSE, ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NOT BE EATING AT THE LONG JOHNS SILVERS IN ALTUS, OK

over cooked and nasty meal
i went to the one on 6th ave and i orderd a number 4 also i lookd at the reacet no phone number to call this was last night so i couldnt kall an complain..the food was over cooked the french fryes were old and nasty..and i was expecting to injoy my food and i didnt..this was about 9pm

food and service are bad
I would like to say the long john silvers store #5352 in lubbock tx address 5402 4th st is the worse place i have ever eaten at.The people that work there are very slow, very rude and can never get the orders right .

Customer Service
On 6/5/08, after swimming lessons, I stopped by LJS to grab dinner since it was a little late. I ordered myself the Monster Fish Combo. The picture in the drive-thru showed 2 large pcs of fish. After paying $5.94, the cashier said it would be a minute which was more like 8 minutes. When I got home, I found I have one small pc of fish. I called the location to see if there were supposed to be 2 pcs. I called for 35 minutes with no answer. By this time I was angry, but I couldn't go back because I have a 21 month old and a 3 month old that I did not want to load up in the car again. This location definitely needs to realize the importance of customers.
