Longordo Pasquale from Terreno Group is Scam Fraud and Criminal. Don’t Deal With them!!!!
Longordo Pasquale of every www.modifyloanexperts.com their scams ask homeowners for an upfront fee in order to start a loan modification program. At best, the homeowners may end up paying for work that is completed by the group asking for the money, however, it's work that likely could have been done for free through other non-profit organizations or loan-modification assistance programs (i.e. Community Housing Council, a non-profit based in Fresno). At worst, the homeowners pay for work that isn't done at all. These Scammers took my $12500 dollars and did nothing. I am loosing my House because of them!!! Shame on you!!!

modifyloanexperts.com and Longordo, Pasquale Screwed over 1000 people in their Scam and Fraud.
When i called Longordo Pasquale of every www.modifyloanexperts.com month to ask about sending payment they told me to wait until the mod was done. When they finally finished with me the payment was higher and i was told to send them 15, 700 dollars. I sent them the money not sure where it went.
After this long process with them and what terrifying things i had heard about the company, we tried to go to another company and were told that our credit report is showing us as 7 months late on our house payment, It was www.modifyloanexperts.com that took 7 months to do the loan modification, now we are stuck with them and our credit is bad. When i called them they will not call back. HELP. We also called Attorney General and waiting for the results.

I called Longordo Pasquale is a Loan Modification Company to let them know that we would like to keep our home. To make a long story short, they let us apply for their, "Home Affordable Modification Program". We were told that foreclosure proceedings have been placed on hold while our loan is under review for the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP). Mr. Longordo Pasquale the person handling our loan modication have requested for recent paystubs which I provided. In December we received a letter from www.modifyloanexperts.com requiring us to provide more documents for the loan modication and the deadline given was January 10, 2010. With all that said, it does not seem like we have a problem but on Dec 21, 2009 our house is showing as being sold to Bank Of America on the Aztec Foreclosure website under completed sales. I have emailed the www.modifyloanexperts.com but still have not heard from either one for the past 2 weeks. What a Scammers!!!.

Hundreds of struggling Michigan homeowners has filed complaints with Michigan Attorney General in the past year about failed or stalled home mortgage loan modifications with www.modifyloanexperts.com
Angry borrowers, desperate to hold on to their homes, say they've made dozens of calls to their lender and spent months asking for a change in their loan terms, only to be denied or to learn that www.modifyloanexperts.com revoked their loan modifications a few months after they reached a deal.
"I wrote letters to the governor, I called the bank every single month, " says one of the Victims, a disabled former state worker who received a loan modification for the home she shares with her husband. But the bank retracted the deal - after, she said, she'd paid more than $69, 200 to cover mortgage payments through January 2010. Bad business and Scam place. Stay away from these guys!!!
