I purchased a couple of gaming titles from Look & Listen in Attebury Value Mart, of which one of the titles was 'Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2'(GRAW2). When I got home and tried to install the game, the CD key was invalid, after which I logged a query with Megaron Monday morning, of which the results were that I was trying to install 'Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter'(GRAW) with the cd key of GRAW2 and after closer inspection, it was indeed a GRAW CD. In other words the cashier put the wrong dvd into the casing.
I phoned(12:00 Tue 27) the branch in Atterbury Value Mart to report the issue. I spoke to a person claiming to be the manager and was told that he will shortly phone me back with a solution for my problem.
At 16:00 with no response I phoned the branch and I was then told the manager has taken half day and no instructions were left by the manager on how to resolve my problem. I tried phoning the branch 3 times again today(12:00 28 Wed), this time there was no answer at the store.
This is extremely poor service, not to mention I had to wait 20min in a queue of 3 people to pay for my items with 3 tills being manned.
