Hired this firm back in September 2009 to being a loan modification process.

Was told the following week by "loan modification specialist" @ Lopez and Morris that the paper was immediately filed with our loan company". Per the advisement of Lopez and Morris I refrained from talking with my loan company for a few months (despite the numerous / daily calls).

I assumed (considering this is an attorneys office) that everything was being taken care of and on tack, However, in Late March I learned that nothing, yes nothing with my file was done (Lozez amd Morris never notified my loan company), which cased my loan to go from defaunt to forclosure status. Let me rememind you that the whole time the Lopez and Morris team stated that my file / modification package was just about ready. Now my house if up for trustee sale and I've encountered another $10, 000 in penalties.
