I order two pairs of shoes in December. I received confirmation of the order, and the company charged my credit card immediately for $200 worth of merchandise. After waiting for over two weeks, my shoes never arrived. When I called customer service, I discovered I have to wait over .5 hour to speak to someone. The woman who identified herself as a customer service rep told me that the shoes were not in stock (they always order their shoes direct from the manufacturer) and she didn't know when my shoes would be in. I canceled the order immediately. She was rude and abrupt, so I was glad to cancel the order. Two weeks later, no credit. I tried calling the company and was unable to get through. The company appears to be a scam. I am disputing this with my credit card company. Also, a quick search on Google has revealed that 100s of people were taken by this company.
