Bad, bad very bad

I purchased Loreal 9 1/2NB LIGHTEST NATURAL BLONDE. for my gray hair which was just as shown on the box..(& I thought finally a L'Oreal color for me !

WHAT A SHOCK WHEN---it came out yellow blond. NOT ANYTHING as shown the color shown on the box..._any suggestions on how I can take it off !!! This is the first dissapointed with L'OREAL !! please look at the color on the box, , (it was just what I had been looking for --NO BLOND IN IT ) Thank you for the past products that I have purchased.

Bad product

I too am very displeased that the entence pencil eyeliner is one trick pony. It would been proper for L'Oreal to at least say on the package that this product cannot be sharpened. Once it is used up just throw it away and spend another $8.00 to $10.00 on this stuff. No worry, I will never buy it again. I'll simply goback to Avon, they have a twist cap so you can use it all up over several months. But te Bare Naturale face powder is great. You got that right. See you at Wal-mart soon.
