Mr Lambert is not an advocate for his clients. He is often late, unprepared for court and easily intimidated by judges. He is unable to advocate for clients because of his lack of preparation and aggressiveness. He will opt for an easy plea to avoid court and facing judges instead of pursuing the client interests and he will always choose the easy path as opposed to the path that will result in the best outcome for the client.
