My wife ordered a Garmin 305 forerunner for my birthday. They immediately debited her account and never sent the product. We have called several times (almost 10) and have been given a different excuse each time. The owner even changes his name and voice on each call.


I still do not have a product nor do I have my refund. The current excuse is CC billing company is down. Yesterday he promised my refund.


I have already contacted the FBI, FTC, and BBB on this company. DO a whois lookup, none of his given names match anything he sends in contacts with customers


Within 2 hours of posting this review, "Frank" called my wife demanding that the negative review be taken down and they would refund the money. So now they have withheld the goods we tried to purchase, now they are trying to extort a decent review for our money. Looking below my review, seems like this has happened before

Note: I gave him a final warning to refund the money or I will notify the authorities. He challenged me, so I am making good on my word.

I ordered a Canon Powershop G10 camera from Lorimer Electronics and specifically as them if the camera was a full-fledged unit for sale in the US. I was assured that it was. When I got the camera, it was not in the type of packaging that it should have been but a generic box with a sticker that had the make and model of camera printed on it. When I opened the box, the manuals were cheap copies of the ones that should have been included and there was no warranty card included. I emailed Lorimer Electronics back asking them to send the warranty card and the manuals that were supposed to be included. I got an email back saying they would be sent out. It has been over a week and I've hear nothing. I emailed them again and no response as yet. I suspect this company is a bunch of scam artists and not to be trusted. DO NOT BUY FROM LORIMER ELECTRONICS! They are not a reputable business.
