This company sent diet pills in the mail which I did not order. I had never heard of the company, either. I contacted the company and they said I had used my credit card to order them over the Internet. This was untrue since I was in the hospital at the time I supposedly was using the internet. The cost for two diet pills was $34.85 each on my credit card statement. I had to change my credit card and demanded a full refund. I sent the pills back with a confirmation that they were returned and I contacted the Better Business Bureau, reporting this scam. Go to BBB, 6040 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89118 or [email protected] and tell them to stop this company from doing this to others.

Just like several other folks on this complaint board, I received a bottle of "diet pills" in the mail. Thinking it was just some sort of advertising gimmick, I tossed them. Then, a couple of weeks later, I received another one. This time I became concerned and checked my credit card statement. Sure enough, there was a charge from "Carallumma Extreme" in the amount of $34.84. I never ordered any diet pills! I then went online and discovered that I am not the only one with this unauthorized charge. When I tried to call the company, I just got their answering machine. I've since called the bank and they are reversing the charge and canceling the card. They are also initiating a fraud investigation. I also made a report with my local law enforcement agency. Today, I called the company again and actually spoke to someone. When I told her that I never ordered their product, she said that she would credit my account. Later, I received an email in an account that I rarely use, and never use for online orders, verifying the cancellation. I have no idea of how they got my credit card info, or my email address, but it surely wasn't by any legal means. I hope this operation gets shut down before more people are affected!

I noticed a charge on my husband's bank statement. I didn't question it because I thought he might have ordered supplements or something. When the little plastic bag came, I assumed it was what he ordered. When he came home from work and I told him it was delivered, I didn't get the response I though I would. He had no idea who this company was or what this product was! He didn't order anything!

The charge was for $34.84. We received another delivery today (haven't seen charge on account yet). Now we realized that something was wrong.

We have contacted our financial institution and are making account changes now. I will be contacting our local news station and the Attorney General's office.

I too received a bottle of Caralluma no invoice nothing. I did not order this. Finally tracked the billing today to my American Express Card. I have cancelled this card.
I received another bottle just today Adiposerx - $34.84 charges for both of these.
I tried calling the company and got an answering machine - imagine that!
Told them under no circumstances send me any more of these or bill me. Of course, now they can't since I have had my Am Ex cancelled. This is outrageous!
Please know if you receive anything like this - immediately contact them and also check your credit cards immediately!
