my nameis sumaiya rahman ripa. i was a passenger of fly emirates.me my son & my daughter travelled on june 28th from dhaka via dubai to new york. it was a connecting flight. our flight no. was EK 585 (DHAKA TO DUBAI) & The another one was EK 203 (DUBAI TO NEW YORK). On 29th june, 2009 we reached at JFK airport on terminal 4 & lost 3 bags & the tag no. was EK762098, EK762097, EK762096. I also report on the airport. In june 30th, 2009 they delivered my 3 bags. But the security locks was broken & all of my golds are missing. i lost(neklece, bracelet, hand rings, chain almost(175 gm). we told the delivery man why all the locks were broken, he said he don"t know anything pls call the airlines. i call the airlines they give the e-mail no. i also complaint on july 1st, 2009 & my complaint no. is c221332. but still i don"t find any response.
So i request you pls. investigate this matter. i am so worried about this.
