Ordered from Lotion Source March 1, 2010. Received and email about a week later stating they were out of the lotion that I ordered. So I requested to wait the 7-10 days that said it would take to get back in stock. Waited 15 days and heard nothing. Asked if they could just send me the lotion of the same brand but the one with bronzers, they were out of that one too. So I requested a refund and was told that my email had been forwarded. Waited another week and heard nothing. Sent an email to ask what was going on and was told that the refund person was sick. Waited 4 days and emailed again to see what was going on, email went ignored. Sent another email 3 days later it was ignored too. Finally March 30, 2010 after informing them that I had reported them to the BBB and FBI and if I did not hear from them in 24 hours I would contact my lawyer, all of a sudden my paypal account was refunded. Still haven't heard another word from the company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
