I ordered my product 3/13/11 they took $ out of account withing 24hrs but it is now 3/30/11 and I just got a brief email (the only way to contact them) that my order was shipped this morning! I think it is bad service to: A. say they will respond to inquires within 24hrs but then take 5days! B. debit my order asap but wait 15+ days to get order together. C. Not have a better way to resolve problems. My first inquiry was asking where the tracking number and order were. I managed to get a tracking number but it was NOT recognized by USPS (who they said they shipped through) AND, now that it has been 15+ days USPS is one of the slowest ways to travel, so I may just get my items in 2 months...and I may NOT!! I will NOT buy from this place again. I have serious doubts that ANYONE has a positive experiance with these people..BEWARE that THEY are the ones who have posted the positive reviews about themselves!! DO NOT buy unless you want to deal with the headaches of NOT recieveing the items you pay for..cause they make sure to take the MONEY but the shipping doesnt seem to take priority!
