On May 16 2008 I placed an order at LotionSource.com. I got an e-mail the next day saying they were out of stock of the product I wanted and the order was canceled. No Problem.

However they automatically signed me up for their e-mail list. I never signed up for this. And I have been getting their spammy marketing e-mails ever since. I have tried their contact form, I've tried every e-mail address I can find for them. I am seriously frustrated. Now I'm posting here.

The e-mails have an unsubscribe link but obviously they do not work.

I actually live close to their listed business address and I am really close to coming over there and knocking on the door and begging, for gods sake, quit e-mailing me. This is ridiculous.

Why is this story a relevant review? Because I have been unable to get a response for over 2 years from this place. So I am scared for anyone that actually has an order question or a problem and needs to get ahold of someone. STEER CLEAR.

I also ordered product in March and only received a partial order...maybe 1/4 of my total order. The invoice stated that the rest of my products were on backorder and I would receive them shortly. Someone needs to open up an investigation on this company because they are STEALING from their consumers. I really hope that no one orders from this company ever...they are AWFUL!!!

On December 13, 2009 I ordered some products from Lotionsource.com and paid through paypal. The next day I received an email from [email protected] that the products were back ordered, but a new shipment was enroute and expect to ship late that week.

I have emailed them 4 times and received no response. Their web site does not list their phone number. After notifying paypal about the problem, they provided their phone number (360-450-9753) so that I could call them. Their voice mail immediately kicked in on my numerous calls saying that their voice mail box is full and cannot accept any more calls, and to try again later. I believe they've shut down, and only hope there are not too many others like me who faithfully paid for products never delivered.
