Fraud

I recieved a check with a letter signed by Chip Christo T. Harris (claim director.) I called the number and was told to cash the check and then to call him back when I had the money then he will give me instructions on how and where to send the tax money for the winnings of 210, 000.00 usd. I was told by a Quick Cashing place that the check is a fraud I would like to know how the people can get checks to print and mail out to people for money. I'm going to report this inccodent with the Attorney Gernrals Office in the State of Washington. I think as a true a upstanding company that the checks should beable to get cashed for the stress of the checks and the problems that they caused for alot of people. Sincerely yours Katie
