I walked by this store on the blvd and saw the beautiful window display of furniture. I was with my daughter looking to upgrade her bedroom, so we decided to go in. The women was very helpful and professional. We found a bed, ottoman, chair, and pillows.

She helped us pick fabrics, It felt very stress free and we were so excited.

The order went in end of May, and delivery was scheduled and PROMISED for 6-8 weeks MAX. The timing was perfect as we were moving into our new home.

The 6th week came and went, the 8th week I called again and they said the bed/furniture was not completed. 9th week I called... not ready, 10th I called... not ready, 12th, 13th, 14th week I called and again NOTHING DONE!!!

The bla-bla from them during each call sounded like the old use car salesmen talk (actually worse)! It made my skin crawl!

By the end of October, our furniture finally showed up...missing legs on the bed (it came on casters) who has beds on casters????, also missing was legs on the ottoman, I kept the casters as I didn't want to continue to upset my daughter with an empty room...the bed pillows had the wrong fabric . THEY PROMISED THE REPLACEMENT PILLOW WOULD BE DELIVERED IN ONE WEEK!

We are now the end of December and we still do not have the replacement pillow!!! Just more bla- bla that they don't have the fabric! Really? after 4 months you still don't have the fabric???!!! NOT!

MY GUESS...YOU DIDN'T PAY THE VENDOR, AND THEY DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!

I have never ever done business like this, I am completely surprised they are managing to stay in business. They do not have any integrity and are shysters. i say... DO NOT STOP IN TO THIS STORE...RUN!!!
