Went for lunch with a few colleagues and clients at Lotus Garden Chinese Restaurant about two weeks ago. I had a running in with them before and thought they would have rectified the bad attitude and service problem I encountered the first time.
The service was average but the food was rather lousy for the amount we paid. As a gesture of goodwill I called the restaurant manager later that day and told her that we weren't satisfied with the food and suggested that she do something about it. She was not fond of what she just heard. Instead of taking note, she said ferociously that I'm 'being very unreasonable' and if that I didn't like what I had, I should've ordered something else instead of bitching about it afterwards. She then shouted, 'we only welcome customers that appreciate our meals' and hung up.
When I told my friends about this woman they all said they had similar experience and have since then refused to go to that restaurant. One even said he saw flies in his dish which is totally disgusting. I am NEVER going anywhere near that restaurant again.
